Hi, I'm Surendar Madasamy. One among the millions of software developers around the world. Wikipedia remains the source of my knowledge. I've got lot from Wikipedia. I feel this is the right time to payback with my contributions.
I became the registered member of the Wikipedia in the first week of 2011. The time Wikipedia turns ten. I pledged to attend my first Wikipedia meetup on 15th Jan'11.
I attended the Wikipedia Chennai event held at MIT campus on January 15th 2011. I'm very proud to be a part of that event. Jimmy wales on Skype and the book launch of 'Tamil Wikipedia' are the highlights of the show. Mr. Badri Seshadri, founder of NHM, gave a good speech on Wikipedia.
